About Curly Goat Health

Hi there! My name is Bridget (A.K.A. The Curly Goat) and I cook flavorful, nutritious, vegetarian dishes that leave you feeling satisfied and your taste buds happy. 

I started playing around in the kitchen as soon as I was old enough to walk. My parents shared their passion for cooking and baking with me, and it has always been a part of my life that has brought me joy.

When I was 17, I began experiencing health concerns like major gut issues and inflammation in my body. I decided to stop eating meat when I was 19 years old; honestly it was just an intuitive feeling!

After that, I started to research nutrition holistically and found that providing my body with the nutrients it was craving would lower my inflammation quickly and stabilize and improve my energy.

Through this health journey, I have become skilled at making delicious, healthy meals! A lot of my friends have asked me for advice and recipes, which has inspired me to help as many people as possible fuel their bodies with good ingredients while satisfying their palate and tummy!
